Program scope
These terms describe school-related SMS communications from Yeshiva Maayunos Hatorah, if separately activated. Messages may include school announcements, schedule changes, closures, events and administrative or emergency updates. This website’s demonstration form does not activate SMS or change subscriptions.
Consent
Any active messaging program requires express consent obtained separately. Providing a phone number by itself is not consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of enrollment, purchase or receiving school services. This demonstration form does not collect evidence of consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier and plan.
Opt out and assistance
For an active subscription, reply STOP to a received message to opt out. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or contact the school office at 646-856-1553 or maayunoshatoirah@gmail.com. For actual changes, contact the office; the demonstration form does not process requests.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messages as your sole source of emergency information.
Privacy
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
